At Morningstarscot, every piece is carefully handcrafted and prepared for shipment with attention to detail.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Each item is made and finished by hand, so slight delays may occasionally occur during busy periods.

Custom orders have individual production and shipping timelines, which are discussed and agreed directly with the client.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
UK: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Packaging
All jewellery is carefully packaged in a  box, ready for gifting.
We aim to use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible.

Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
