Due to the artisanal nature of our work:

Subtle irregularities are part of the design and not considered defects
Colours may differ slightly depending on lighting and screen settings
2. Eligibility

3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Limit quantities purchased per person or order
Cancel orders where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
If we cancel an order, you will be notified and fully refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Morningstarscot is not responsible for delays caused by:
Postal or courier services
Customs clearance processes
Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

6. Returns & Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Where applicable, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Certain items (such as earrings for hygiene reasons and custom-made pieces) may be exempt from cancellation rights
Returned items must be in original condition
